By accessing, browsing, installing, or using Vault+ and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please stop using the App and website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of Vault+ signifies your acceptance of these Terms. We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App or website after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

* *“App”* refers to Vault+ and related services.

* *“User” / “End-User”* refers to anyone accessing or using Vault+.

* *“Premium Subscription”* refers to Vault+ Premium auto-renewable subscription features.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content in Vault+ and this website, including text, graphics, images, audio, videos, logos, service marks, and software, is owned or licensed by Talatash Digital. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of Vault+ without prior written permission.

4. Use of Vault+ and Website

You agree not to:

* Engage in fraud or misuse of services

* Upload harmful code or malicious software

* Violate any applicable laws or regulations

* Scrape, harvest, or collect data without permission

* Attempt to bypass security systems or access restricted areas

* Reverse engineer or tamper with the App’s systems

Talatash Digital may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

5. Accuracy of Information

Vault+ and website content is provided for general information purposes. Talatash Digital does not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate, or up to date.

6. Third Party Links

Vault+ may include links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. Talatash Digital is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

7. User Accounts and Submissions

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You agree to:

* Provide accurate and complete information

* Keep your login credentials secure

* Be responsible for all activities under your account

Any submissions or content you provide may be treated as non-confidential unless stated otherwise. Talatash Digital may use such submissions for operational and service-related purposes.

8. Data Privacy

9. Vault+ Premium Subscription Terms (Auto-Renewable Subscription)

Vault+ may offer *Premium Subscription* access through Apple In-App Purchases.

9.1 Billing and Payment

Payment will be charged to your *Apple ID account* at confirmation of purchase.

9.2 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least *24 hours before* the end of the current period.

The account will be charged for renewal *within 24 hours prior* to the end of the current subscription period.

9.3 Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:

*iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions*

Canceling stops future renewals, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

9.4 Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

9.5 Changes to Pricing or Plans

Subscription pricing or plans may change. If required, Apple will notify you before the change takes effect and provide options to continue or cancel.

9.6 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies. Talatash Digital cannot directly issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple.

10. Referral Program and Payment Incentives (If Applicable)

10.1 Eligibility

Referral participation is open to users with verified accounts. Talatash Digital may reject or suspend accounts that violate rules.

10.2 Referral Codes

Each user receives a unique referral code. The code must be entered during subscription or payment (if applicable). If no code is entered, no incentive is earned. Referral codes cannot be added retroactively.

10.3 Earnings and Incentives

Incentives are credited only for successful, verified subscription payments. Incentive rates may vary by product and may change without prior notice.

10.4 Withdrawal of Earnings

Withdrawals are allowed once the minimum payout threshold is met. Users must provide accurate payout information. Transaction fees may apply.

10.5 Prohibited Activities

Users may not create fake accounts, self-refer, use misleading advertisements, spam, or misuse referral codes. Talatash Digital may suspend payouts or terminate accounts for abuse.

10.6 Program Changes

Talatash Digital may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes.

11. No Warranties

Vault+ and the website are provided *“as is”* and *“as available.”* Talatash Digital makes no warranties that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from bugs.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talatash Digital shall not be liable for:

* Loss of data

* Loss of profit or business interruption

* Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

* Losses caused by incorrect user details or misuse of referral codes

* Damages arising from third-party services or platforms

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talatash Digital from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of Vault+, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the *Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of **Kidapawan City, Philippines*.

15. Termination

Talatash Digital may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or abusive use of Vault+.

APPLE END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) REQUIREMENTS

This section applies specifically to users accessing Vault+ through Apple devices and Apple’s App Store.

16. Acknowledgement

You and Talatash Digital acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Talatash Digital only, and *not with Apple*. Talatash Digital, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Vault+ Licensed Application and its content.

These Terms may not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

17. Scope of License

Talatash Digital grants you a *non-transferable license* to use Vault+ on Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Vault+ may also be accessed by other accounts associated with the purchaser via *Family Sharing* or volume purchasing where applicable.

18. Maintenance and Support

Talatash Digital is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for Vault+. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support.

19. Warranty

Talatash Digital is responsible for warranties to the extent not effectively disclaimed.

If Vault+ fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price for Vault+ to you (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation, and any other claims or damages are Talatash Digital’s responsibility.

20. Product Claims

Talatash Digital, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to Vault+, including:

* Product liability claims

* Failure to conform to legal or regulatory requirements

* Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation

21. Intellectual Property Rights

If a third party claims that Vault+ infringes intellectual property rights, Talatash Digital is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claims.

22. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

* You are not located in a country subject to U.S. Government embargo; and

* You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

24. Third Party Terms of Agreement

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce this EULA against you as a third party beneficiary.
